ear Teachers; Every year a listing of classroom-related items for the upcoming school year has been sent home so parents can purchase those supplies for the first day of that next school year. This may result in a headache for those parents in trying to find all those items. (Usually the day before school starts!) Plus, every student seems to have bought entirely different supplies, which causes nothing but problems in the classroom!!! First, you will receive a school supply catalog. Within this catalog you will find those school supply items that have proven to be most popular with classrooms around the country. You then select the items that you would like to have bundled into kits for your incoming students. Those items listed on your ClassKit™ Kit Creation Form are not shown in the catalog because the items listed on the form are available in more sensible packaging than what's shown in the catalog. (each rather than a box) In every instance, ClassKit™ will use only quality manufacturers as our source for these products. Just indicate how many of each of the items you have selected that each student will need for the upcoming year. Next, once you have selected the items and quantities for your classroom kit, please send the completed form to the school office. The completed form will then be sent on to ClassKit™, and an individual kit listing for your specific grade will be prepared for you to proof and approve. Once proofed and approved, an order form listing all grades' kits (and selling prices) will be distributed to all families who have students returning to your school next year. The parents then have two options. They can ignore this form, and just buy supplies themselves to bring to the classroom at the beginning of next school year -OR- they can send in their completed enrollment form, and their payment, before the end of this school year, and a brand new ClassKit™ will be sitting in their children's classroom when school starts next fall!!! First, every student who purchases a ClassKit™ will have the same quality, name-brand, supplies which they really need to succeed. (Items that YOU selected!) Second, every student starts the school year with all their supplies. (Mom couldn't find that yellow folder before the bus came!) Third, each student receives, as part of their ClassKit™, a sheet of individualized labels to put on their own items - avoiding conflicts over who owns what. Finally, a portion of each ClassKit™ selling price is credited back to your school (or designated parent/teacher organization) to use to buy whatever items the entire school needs. (bulk construction paper, laminating supplies, etc.) |
